Fatz Invites

My middle niece will be turning 10 years old in a few days. Here name is Justiss but I call her Fatz because when she was born her belly was bigger than her entire body. I promise it looks like here belly weighed 15 pounds by itself. Fatz wanted to make her our invitations this year instead of her mom purchasing them. So on Wednesday evening Fatz, Candace (her mom) and I went into design mode. I thought a pocket card would be nice and something different and from there all of us helped design Fatz invites. I used a retired simply scrapping kit for the designer paper but she loved that fact that the paper was polka dots and pink. Pink is Fatz color.

Card Recipe:
Stamp Set: Party Hearty
Cardstock: Retired Simply Scrapping Kit, Regal Rose, Pink Pirouette, White and Kiwi Kiss
Ink: Regal Rose
Accessories: Scallop Punch,Circle Punch, and Circle Ice Rhinestones
Technique: Masking and Embossing

Thanks for stopping by and looking at our family creation for Fatz

Baby Shower Thank You Cards

Hello All:

I must first start my post off by saying isn't great when your friends know what you like. One of my good pals knows that I love to monogram. So for Christmas what did Char get me for christmas the JustRite DIY Monogram Stamper Kit. I screamed like a little kid. Ok, this is enough about me.

One of my little play sisters just had her first baby and her name is Kaylah. Well Miss Kaylah wasn't supposed to be here until January 27th, but she decided to come into the world on January 15th this past Thursday. As a gift I made Kaylah some thank you cards so that her mom could send out thank you for all the gifts that were received. Kaylah's baby shower was this Saturday and Kaylah made a grand entrance for everyone to see her.

I made this thank you cards with retired supplies.
